Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order as long as the item in its original unused conditions, with its packaging. The original receipt must be included with every return.
The cost of returning merchandise is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Please use a trackable delivery method with insurance for your return. We are not responsible for items lost.
Refunds may be issued after receiving the returned product safely. If we are satisfied with the condition of the item, we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost.
